Rally Weed Mat & irrigation Pins (Ground Staples). 
U Shaped Retaining Pins / Weed Mat Pins are made of strengthened steel used for pinning erosion blankets or geotextile fabric for either long term or temporary applications. 

Can also be used to secure irrigation pipe from 4mm up to 19mm to the ground, under mulch and weed mat. 
All pins have sharpened points for easy installation.
