Terms & Conditions of Sale
These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made from Four Seasons Nursery (NSW) Pty Ltd trading as Four Seasons Nursery & Garden Centre (“Four Seasons”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), whether purchased in-store, online, by phone, or via email.
By purchasing goods or services from us, you agree to these terms.
1. General
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, pricing, and images are accurate.
However, occasional errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur.

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to:

4. Stock Availability

Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries are made to a reasonably accessible location as determined by the driver.
Additional charges may apply where deliveries involve:

Stairs or complex access

8. Click & Collect / Collection
Customers collecting goods must ensure their vehicle is suitable and that goods can be safely restrained during transport.
We reserve the right to refuse loading if staff believe:

The vehicle is unsuitable

The load is unsafe

Transport would breach safety requirements
Risk in goods transfers to the customer upon collection.
9. Special Orders
Special order, custom-made, made-to-order, or supplier-ordered products may require a deposit or full payment.
Once confirmed with a supplier or manufacturer, special orders generally cannot be:

Cancelled

Changed

Refunded
Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing or freight delays.
Supplier delays outside our control do not entitle cancellation unless otherwise agreed.
10. Returns & Refunds

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion provided goods are:

12. Bulk Materials and Natural Products
Coverage guides, volumes, weights, and bulking factors for bulk materials are estimates only.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to one or more of the following at our discretion:

14. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian law.
