How to Sow Seeds

Growing notes: Sow thinly in rows 25cm (10in) apart. Cover lightly with fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. For a continuous crop sow every 2-3 weeks. Prefers a well-drained soil in a sunny position. For baby leaf no thinning is required. For mature plants thin to 10cm (4in) apart when large enough. Keep well watered and fertilised. Harvest: 6-8 weeks from sowing. Pick individual leaves as required. Plants will regrow following 3-4 cuts.
