How to Sow Seeds

Method: Grow in a microgreens tray or in seed-raising mix
Microgreens tray: Fill the clear container with water and place the growing tray on top. Lay a thin sheet of tissue paper on the tray and sprinkle the seeds evenly over it. Place in a light, warm position away from direct sunlight.
Soil method: Fill a seedling tray or pots with quality seed-raising mix and firm gently. Sow thinly and cover with a fine layer of mix.
Growing notes: Mist the seeds 2-3 times daily and cover with foil to retain moisture until the roots reach the water. Keep the water fresh and topped up. When growing in soil, keep the mix moist but not waterlogged. Liquid fertiliser may be applied to support healthy growth.
Harvest: Harvest after 7-14 days by cutting the seedlings just above the seed or at the base of the stem.
