Description
Our Beneficial Insect Mix is a colourful mix of flower seeds including annual seeds and perennial seeds such as Alyssum and Marigolds, and many more pollinator-attracting flowers, plus herb seeds such as coriander. It helps promote natural biodiversity and reduce pests. Mr Fothergill’s Beneficial Insect Mix has enough seeds to cover 10 square metres and can fill your flower garden with bright blooms of beautiful flowers and herbs. Varieties include: Ammi majus (Queen Anne’s Lace), Anethum graveolens (Dill), Carum carvi (Caraway), Coriandrum sativum (Coriander), Cosmos bipinnatus (Cosmos), Fagopyrum esculentum (Buckwheat), Gypsophila elegans (Gypsophila), Lobularia maritima (Alyssum), Tagetes patula (French Marigold), Trifolium pratense (Red Clover).

How to Sow Seeds

Growing notes: You can sow our Beneficial Insect Mix almost year-round, avoiding the hottest and coldest months. The seeds can be scattered thinly or sown in the flowering position. Cover lightly with a seed-raising mix, firm down, and keep moist. Thin out as necessary. Choose a well-drained soil and a sunny position.

Flowers will appear after 8-14 weeks and continue over many months.
