Our Spring Onion All Year Round Seed Tape is like no other onion seed. These seed tapes are carefully spaced on biodegradable paper to allow even spacing and virtually eliminate the need for thinning. These spring onions provide a mild flavour and make a tasty addition to salads, served wonderfully as a garnish at mealtimes. Spring Onion Seed Tape prefers an open, sunny position. Young, tender tops can be used similarly to herb seeds like chives.

Sow our Spring Onion Seed Tape in a well-cultivated soil and sunny position. Separate the strips and roll them out into prepared rows 12 mm deep and 15 cm apart. Cover the vegetable seeds with soil and keep them moist.

Seedlings will emerge after 10-14 days.
