How to Sow Seeds

Method: Seed trays / Pots
Growing notes: Prefers an open sunny position in the garden or in pots, tubs or hanging baskets. Sow thinly and lightly across the surface of the seed trays and cover lightly with fine soil. Keep moist at all times. Transplant when large enough to handle. Prepare soil well by adding compost and a complete fertiliser. Use plenty of surface mulch to retain moisture and keep fruits clean. Seedlings emerge 10-21 days.
