Care Guide
Position & Potting
Place Thai Constellation in bright indirect light so the variegated foliage remains strong without being scorched by harsh sun. Keep it warm and away from cold draughts. Use a premium, freely draining indoor potting mix in a container with drainage holes, and add a sturdy pole or support as the plant begins to climb.
Watering
Water thoroughly, then allow the upper layer of potting mix to dry slightly before watering again. Empty any water held in a saucer or cover pot and reduce watering during cooler periods. Avoid keeping the mix constantly wet, as poor drainage can damage the roots.
Feeding & Maintenance
Apply a balanced liquid fertiliser monthly during active growth. Wipe the broad leaves gently to remove dust, rotate the pot occasionally for balanced growth and tie new stems loosely to their support. Remove damaged or yellowing leaves with clean tools and repot only when the root system has filled the container.
Flowering, Fruiting & Fragrance

| Flowering Period | Uncommon indoors; mature plants may flower in warm, favourable conditions |

Frequently Asked Questions
How much light does Thai Constellation Monstera need?
Bright indirect light is best. Strong light supports healthy growth and clear variegation, but harsh direct sun can scorch the cream sections of the leaves.
How often should I water Thai Constellation Monstera?
Water once the upper layer of potting mix has dried slightly. Soak the mix thoroughly, allow it to drain and never leave the pot standing in water.
Does Thai Constellation Monstera need a moss pole?
A pole is not essential for a young plant, but a sturdy support helps its climbing stems grow upright and encourages a stronger mature display.
When will the leaves develop splits and holes?
Young leaves are often entire. The characteristic splits and holes become more pronounced as the plant matures, particularly when it receives bright filtered light and suitable climbing support.
How big does Thai Constellation Monstera grow?
With time and support it can reach around 2.5-4m high and 1.5-2.5m wide. Indoor plants can be kept smaller through container size, training and careful pruning.
Why is every leaf patterned differently?
The cultivar naturally produces irregular cream speckles and larger marbled sections, so no two leaves develop exactly the same pattern.
Is Thai Constellation Monstera pet safe?
No. The plant may cause irritation if chewed or ingested, so keep it out of reach of pets.
