How to Sow Seeds

Method: Seed trays / Direct sow
Growing notes: Sow Malabar spinach in seed trays filled with quality seed-raising mix or directly in their final growing position. Sow seeds 10mm (1/2in) deep in a sunny, sheltered position along a fence or a trellis if possible. Firm them down after planting and keep them moist until they germinate. Germination may take up to three weeks but can be made quicker by scuffing the seed with sandpaper prior to sowing.
