Estate Herbicide is a professional-grade triple-active broadleaf herbicide designed to control a wide range of hard-to-kill lawn weeds in both warm and cool season turf varieties. Suitable for use on Buffalo, Kikuyu and many other common lawn types, Estate provides effective post-emergent weed control while maintaining excellent turf safety.

Its advanced non-ester formulation helps reduce odour and minimises the risk of spray drift and off-target damage, making it ideal for residential lawn applications. Estate Herbicide helps improve overall lawn appearance and durability by removing competing weeds and allowing turf to thrive.

Bindii, White Clover, Creeping Oxalis, Capeweed, Plantain, Cat’s Ear, Cudweed, Jo-Jo and other broadleaf weeds in turf.

Application Rate

Apply at 50mL per 100m²
Mix with 2–5 litres of water per 100m²
Best applied using a pressure or backpack sprayer for even coverage
Do not water in after application unless directed by label instructions

How It Works

Estate Herbicide combines three active ingredients with different modes of action to effectively target broadleaf weeds:
MCPA interferes with weed cell division and growth
Clopyralid targets growing points causing abnormal growth and death
Diflufenican inhibits photosynthesis by blocking carotenoid production
This combination provides broad-spectrum weed control while assisting with herbicide resistance management.

Suitable Lawn Types

Suitable for use on many warm and cool season turf varieties including:
Buffalo
Kikuyu
Couch
Fescue
Ryegrass
DO NOT use on bent grass or winter grass golf and bowling greens.

Important Information

DO NOT apply when rain is expected within 4 hours
DO NOT apply to stressed lawns or during frosty conditions
Temporary discolouration may occur on some Kikuyu, Carpet Grass and Queensland Blue Couch varieties
Test on a small area before large-scale application on sensitive Buffalo varieties such as ST85
Keep people and pets off treated areas until spray has dried

General Advice

For best results, apply to actively growing weeds. Smaller weeds generally respond faster, while complete control may take several weeks depending on conditions and weed type.
