How to Sow Seeds

Method: Sow seeds 25mm (2in) deep, 7-10cm apart into dark, damp soil.
Spacing: Ensure soil has been prepared with organic compost & aged animal manure.Allow 50cm between rows.
Growing notes: Avoid watering for 2-3 days afterwards. Ensure danger of frost has passed & protect from wind.Water regularly. Additional fertilising is not required as legumes produce their own nitrogen.Regular harvest will result in prolonged yields. Best picked when young.
