Common name – Exotica Begonia
Description – This must have indoor plant has large metallic pink angel wing shaped leaves with dark green veins growing on long cane stems.
Flower Colour – White to pale pink
Flower Period – Late winter to spring
Location – Prefers bright indirect light. Direct sun will cause the leaves to burn and dry out.
Care – Prefers soil to remain moist but do not leave sitting in water. Avoid watering leaves as this can lead to rotting. Reduce watering in winter. Use a liquid fertiliser fortnightly in spring, summer and autumn only.
