Location – Place in a warm, bright light areas indoors or an hour or two of morning sun in a sheltered location.
Care – Allow soil to dry between watering and reduce frequency in winter. Best to be bottom watered in a saucer to avoid water sitting in the centre which can lead to the stems rotting. Use a well-draining potting mix. Fertilise every six months with a slow-release fertiliser. Too much direct sun will burn the leaves. Can be pruned to keep foliage dense. All pure green stems should be removed as they are stronger and will take over the variegated leaves.
