Botanical name – Hoya pubicalyx 'Silver'
Common name – Wax Plant, Porcelain Flower
Description – A hardy indoor plant with long trailing stems with green thick shiny leaves with silver streaks. Perfect for hanging baskets and can also be trained to climb up a trellis or totem pole. They have amazing pink star waxy flowers in clusters with a light sweet fragrance. One of the faster growing varieties of hoya.

Location – Place in a warm, bright to moderate light areas indoors or warm and protected patio.
Care – Low maintenance. Allow soil to dry between watering and reduce frequency in winter. They like to be in compact pots and can be happy when pot bound. Use a well-draining potting mix like a succulent mix with perlite added. Do not prune flower stems as they are perennial and will re-flower for years. Fertilise regularly during the warmer months with a high potassium fertiliser.
