Botanical name – Hedera helix ‘Camouflage’
Common name – Variegated Small Leaf Ivy
Description – An extremely hardy indoor climbing plant with long trailing stems with pointed variegated leaves with green edges. Perfect for hanging baskets and can also be trained to climb up a trellis or totem pole. Known for its excellent air purification capabilities including removing benzene and formaldehyde from the air. It also helps to reduce airborne mould.
Location – Suitable for bright or low light indoors. Can be grown in protected areas outside or shaded parts of the garden.
Care – Low maintenance. Allow the top of the soil to dry between watering. Prune tips through spring to promote bushy growth. Fertilise monthly with a liquid fertiliser during the warmer months
