"Multiple flower heads are produced in midwinter with each head containing a wonderful display of rich red flower clusters. This large tall stemming hybrid is also capable of branching and forming a shrub. It is a very neat and clean plant. Suitable for landscape use or as a feature plant in any garden. Green foliage. Single stemming, chunky leaves."

Most soil types as long as free draining but rich soil preferred. If clay soils must raise plant so water drains away

Care

"A newly planted Big Red™ may need to be staked when first planted to prevent it falling over.
Highly resistant to pests and disease. Feed yearly with a succulent fertiliser. Water during Summer, provide fertiliser/compost in Spring, remove old spent flowers (not necessary) and remove old leaves (not necessary)"
