Delivery Charges
How delivery is made:
Depending on the products you have ordered there are a few different delivery methods.
Bulk Supplies: These goods are tipped on your driveway or area that our truck can safely access, we do not supply Bulka Bags. Safety is at the drivers discretion and we reserve the right to refuse any requests we deem unsafe. Once you allow the truck onto your premises we are not liable for any damage that occurs while there. Bulk goods are tipped in a pile straight off the truck. They are not handled in any way by Four Seasons. They are tipped off from lightest to heaviest product depending on the order. If you need something tipped off first please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate with safety in mind. We can split a load up to 3 times depending on quantities ordered. 3m3 or more of 1 product means we can only split once and deliveries are up to 6ton/8m3 of product (Firewood is an exception to this, the most our trucks can hold is 3 ton).
Turf deliveries are hand stacked from the truck and left within 2m of the truck. Orders 100m2 and over are delivered directly by our farm with a forklift delivery.
Each load can be a max of 6 Ton or 8m3.
